Join us at Sebastiani on Saturday, March 16th for a complimentary performance by the Sonoma History Buskers! The performance will take place at 1pm and is free to attend. Guests may purchase Sebastiani wines by the glass or bottle and kick back to enjoy the show inside our historic barrel room.
This historically-themed performance-art piece is called the “Condensed History of Wine,” and is part history lecture, part sketch comedy, and all FUN! (Think the Marx Brothers meet PBS.) With an actual time-machine onstage, this original scripted presentation explains the history of wine, starting all the way back in 10,024 BCE ! Audiences will meet Kirashi—the Discoverer of Wine, as well as other luminaries of the glorious history of Wine.
Comprised of George Webber and CW Bayer, the Sonoma History Buskers are a duo of local actor/historians who believe that the ironies of history are hilarious!
