Soil to Bottle Seminar:
Our 'Soil to Bottle' seminar includes an in-depth tour of the winery and the fermentation cellars, as well as a private tasting of our Appellation Selection wines. We discuss the way our grapes are grown, and where, and why we plant different varietals in the various microclimates within Sonoma County. We discuss vineyard planning, vine care, the growing season, harvest, crush, fermentation and finally, the barrel aging and bottling. The class culminates with a tasting session that will fortify and review the material discussed in the seminar.

Wine and Cheese Pairing Seminar
This tasty seminar will introduce you to the secrets behind perfect pairing. It includes 5 Sebastiani wines paired with 5 artisanal cheeses. Your palate will thank you as you discover the gastronomical pleasures that occur when a pairing is just right! Local cheese companies, Vella Cheese and Sonoma Cheese Factory, will be featured. You will learn about the history of these family-owned businesses and how they are each an integral part of the agricultural industry in Sonoma Valley, proud to live, work and participate in their local community.
